COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the U.s. Motors HW10V2E2 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Vacon products, including obsoleted and phased-out Universal parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Universal-Instruments-Corporation product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Vacon such as the NXP00165A2H1SSSA1A2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 3977269 manufactured by Universal and we are pleased to be able to service most Universal systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 45890901 by Manufacturer Universal-Instruments-Corporation as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Valmet Brand 41097U in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Uticor such as 18024A1N008E0 equipment made by Uticor have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Uticor products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Uticor" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available UB084S01 made by Unipac as well as the popular 627PM16GV00020130 original spares produced by Vat Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the VT190P by Vartech-Systems and 18024A1N008E0 spares by Uticor are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TM215B40420TBCW Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Van-Der-Graaf. |
